The view from our room was breathtaking, seeing the mountains every morning was a treat! The kids loved the treasure hunt throughout the hotel, it kept them entertained for hours. We also enjoyed the family-friendly bowling night together!

beautiful view of the mountains. Staff went above and beyond with our birthday request. However, the food options could be improved, especially during breakfast. Overall, a luxurious stay with great amenities and atmosphere.

We had an unforgettable one-night stay, celebrating our 50th anniversary with delightful surprises like a hand-printed card and chocolate-dipped strawberries waiting for us in our room. The indoor pool and spa services were perfect for some much-needed relaxation. One minor hiccup was that the elevator took a bit longer than expected, but overall, it was a magical experience! 🎉

The heated outdoor pool was a spectacular highlight, especially under the stars. Our room with two queen beds offered breathtaking views, and the kids loved the kids' facility that allowed my husband and me some much-needed downtime. Dining at the on-site restaurant was delightful, with a wonderfully varied menu that we thoroughly enjoyed. Despite the confusing layout of the hotel, the staff were incredibly helpful in guiding us, which made navigating much easier.

the air conditioning in our room was broken. however, the stunning views from our suite were incredible, the staff was super friendly, and the spa treatments were out of this world! 😍

The bathroom layout could use rethinking, especially the cramped feel with the shower so close to the toilet!!! Also, a wider variety on the restaurant menus would elevate the experience!!!

I absolutely loved the stunning views from my Deluxe King Room! 🌄 The heated outdoor pool at sunrise was a magical touch. Only downside was the small bathroom size. Overall, an incredible experience!

The indoor and outdoor pools were stunning, especially the heated outdoor one at sunrise. I booked a couples massage at the great spa, which was a highlight!
